CHILDREN'S MINISTRY  

All kids, from tiny cooing cherubs to totally awesome teens, are treasures in our King's crown. Here at VBF we know the importance of helping these young gems form a solid foundation of wisdom and godliness. Our children's programs are custom made to meet the needs of all ages and supercharged with exciting worship and hands on learning activities. The children's ministry has many opportunities to get involved, so if you still like to be silly and enjoy spending time with royalty, volunteer to help our kids.

NURSERY

Do you sigh at the sound of a baby's coo? Do their sweet cherub faces melt your heart? We need your tender arms to cradle our babies.

The VBF Nursery needs volunteers to nurture God's tiniest treasures-His babies! The nursery provides care for infants to two-year-olds. In an atmosphere of love and safety, tots have room to crawl, cuddle, play, and grow. If you've been hankering for some chubby cheeks to pinch, God has the perfect place for you. Put your tender heart to good use in ministering to the needs of these precious children.

PRESCHOOL

Do you still have your kazoo? Still like to play Rock, Paper, Scissors? Still know how to get to Sesame Street? Well, you're just the "kid" we've been looking for!

VBF Preschool is a place where our three to five-year-olds learn about the love of Jesus. The preschool curriculum correlates exciting worship, creative crafts, and awe-inspiring true Bible stories to help young children form a solid foundation of the Truth. Whether you're a gifted teacher or you just like to play with Play Dough and pipe cleaners, your love for kids will make you a valuable asset to this ministry.

ELEMENTARY

Kids. Silly, serious, sentimental, and sweet. Full of energy, life, hope, joy, and wide-eyed wonder. Does the spark of fearlessness in their eyes make you smile? Put your love of children to good use.

VBF Elementary Ministry caters to the needs of our 1st through 4th graders. Kids enjoy dynamic contemporary worship and hands-on Bible lessons tailored to their interests and abilities. Creative, fun-loving teachers make God's Word come alive every Sunday and Wednesday. If you have a heart for children, allow the Lord to use you in being a godly role model to our kids.

ROCK 56

5th and 6th graders love this upbeat, large group, youth program, with a small group relationship emphasis. They explore biblical life application principles to strengthen their relationship with Christ, who is their "Rock of Salvation." Rock 56 meets during our Sunday and Wednesday services.
